~ WEST CORN MAZE
~
Sunday, Oct. 26th
Bella and her friend Summer had an excellent time playing, running in
the mini kiddie maze, seeing the farm animals, decorating pumpkins, and going on a hay ride! The entire Montessori school
met at the farm for a fun afternoon.
~ PUMPKIN CARVING ~
Monday,
Oct. 27th
Mommy and Bella had a great time carving a couple of pumpkins while Baby
Anna watched from her perch on the counter.

We attempted to make spooky Rice Krispy Treats ... but Bella dove in and
started munching before we got too far!

~ BOO AT THE ZOO ~
Wednesday,
Oct. 29th
Bella and her friend Indya had a great time running around the Riverbanks
Zoo despite the chilly upper-30's weather. They trick-or-treated, saw some animals, danced, toasted marshmallows, and posed
for photos with several of the zoo's statues.
Bella was a kangaroo and Indya was a witch (she forgot her hat in the
car)..

They loved this little mouse (look in the lower left corner of the
second photo)

I like to move it move it. I like to move it move it. I like to...
MOVE IT!
Mmmm .... roasting marshmallows!
Trick-or-Treating is HARD work!
~ FISH OR TREAT ~
Thursday,
Oct. 30th
We had a great time at the annual members-only party! Bella and Anna were
an eye-catching duo. Anna was a baby gator (just hatched), Bella was a nest-thieving otter, and the stroller was decked out
like an alligator nest. We got a ton of comments and several people wanted to take photos. Bella was happy, too, because she
and Anna won third place in the costume contest. Woot! You can see their official photo at www.MySCAquariumPhotos.com ... the photo number is AQ028WF4847
She decorated her own donut ... dipping it in the spinning chocolate
bowl and the fun Halloween confetti

~ TRICK-OR-TREAT! ~
Friday,
Oct. 31st
Bella had an excellent Halloween night! She and Anna dressed as bear cubs.
Since it was very chilly out, Anna and Mommy stayed home while Daddy took Bella around the neighborhood. After only and hour,
Bella asked to come back home ... her "honey pot" bucket was overflowing, as were Andy's pockets. She brought home a
TON of candy.
You have to love this ... LOL. Not only did the orthodontist give
out his business card and a pencil with his name and number on it, he gave our sugary, hard candy. What a way to build
up clientele!
Well, Halloween is over for the year and we have three nights worth of candy
to deal with. While we ponder the calories we'll be ingesting, we now look
forward to November birthdays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas shopping!
