Mommy's big
3-0 weekend!
Getting a haircut on Nov. 30th.
Bella had nearly 3 inches cut off of her hair!
Visiting the Aquarium after the big day at M.U.S.C. (11/28)
We watched some dolphins playing in the inlet.
Getting ready to head back home
The Duck .... Bella wanted to hold this duck so bad ... so Mommy had
to catch it for her.
Time for some dinner!
We ate at a little deli near the Aquarium. There is an IMAX
theater in the same building and we offered to take Bella to see "Happy Feet" again, but she didn't want to. She just
wanted to "see the fishies."
Bella's big cardiologist visit of the year at M.U.S.C.
Bella has a ventricular septal defect (a minor one) and has to see
a pediatric cardiologist once a year. Nov. 28th was the day. We were there most of the day but she got a glowing
report. She still has her VSD but it is not "a big deal."
Waiting in the play room
Getting her EKG
Then it's off to get some data on her ...
Bella is 3-feet-3-inches tall and 33.7 pounds.
Her blood pressure was 114/66 and her blood oxygen level was 100%!
Then it was off to get an echocardiogram (an ultrasound of her heart,
its valves, and her arterial system). At least she got to watch cartoons during this lengthy process.
Finally into yet another room to wait on her cardiologist to talk
to us.
"Hmmmm.... I want that, and that, and that ..."
Looking at a toy catalog from the Thanksgiving Day newspaper
Dreaming of turkey and stuffing
In the E.R. after the guinea pig gave her a nasty bite on her thumb.
Modern day witch? LOL... After dinner on Wednesday night (11/8),
Bella comes into the living room riding her ... swiffer?
EDVENTURE KIDS' MUSEUM
Dreary Tuesday. Bella and I drove up to the EdVenture Kids Museum to meet Pop Pop and Nay Nay. (11/7) It was a cold, rainy day...
Eddie ... the world's largest kid -- a really cool exhibit
where you can see inside ... and go inside ... his brain, heart, lungs, stomach, etc. You can climb his vertebral column,
too! Really cool! (The insides, entered from the back, were too dark to get any decent photos.)
The Amazing Castle exhibit
Putting horseshoes on a horse
Fixing dinner
Body Works
Playing dentist
Playing around in the body ...
The Back Yard ... playing with Nay Nay ...
...while Pop Pop plays with markers.

Daddy takes Bella to preschool on Oct. 13th
The Chicken Costume
(Bella found this today, 10/15, while we were shopping at
Old Navy. LOL ... )
Our Lil' Gator! (10/06)
Bella loves cheerleaders and wants to be one for Halloween. (See my blog
for what we wanted to do ... the link is on the paretns page.) But we decided to order her a new Gators cheerleader
uniform from the University of Florida Bookstore. We also bought her some pom poms from KuzSports.com.
Blowing bubbles with Daddy! (9/27)
Go Gators!! Bella sports Mommy's "Chomp 'Em" hat while she rides her
tricycle in the house ... (9/25)
That's my girl! Bella watches the Florida / Tennessee game while
creating yet another masterpiece. GO GATORS!!
